Pilates Burn & Stretch

MetroFIT Wellness Classes – $15.00 per class per 6 week session.

MAP IT ADD TO CALENDAR

A low-impact, full-body, and mind workout challenging you to focus on each movement, while strengthening and toning muscles to improve posture, strength, flexibility, and balance with emphasis on deep muscular burn and intentional stretching, intertwined throughout the class. Note: Participants need a yoga mat and 2-5lb dumbbells. Suggested equipment: Small exercise ball and Pilates ring.
