MetroFIT Wellness Classes – $15.00 per class per 6 week session.
Students will learn the movements, theory and applications of the Yang Style Tai Chi 10 Step Form as taught by Sifu David Vidato, Certified Tai Chi Instructor. Tailored for beginners, but suitable for all levels, this class will help with balance, stamina, mental clarity, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 12pm for Beginners Tai Chi! Note: No special requirements, please dress comfortably in loose fitting clothing
