MetroFIT Wellness Classes – $15.00 per class per 6 week session.
Punch and kick to rhythmic and upbeat music at MetroFIT’s cardio kickboxing class. Learn fun combo’s that incorporate the upper/lower body and core to improve aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Note: Participants encouraged to wear weighted gloves but not required.
