Learn powerful techniques to deal with unresolved issues, transform beliefs, reduce stress, and understand the science behind this self-applied technique. Over the course of the program we will discuss how tapping can be applied to a wide range of issues in our daily life. Effectiveness has been established for phobias, PTSD, pain, weight management, cravings, addictions, anxiety, depression, fatigue, smoking cessation, and more.
