MetroFIT Wellness Classes – $15.00 per class per 6 week session.
This class is the combination of deep breathing mindfulness and easy fluid circular movements, making this one of the best exercises for all age groups and fitness levels. The benefits are endless to include: lowering stress, improving balance, focus, lifting depressed emotions and improving circulation. Imagine relaxing while you exercise all 654 muscles. Note: Participants need a yoga mat, please dress comfortably in loose fitting clothing.
