MetroFIT Foundational Yoga Flow

Classes $10.00 each for a 6 week session Enroll @ www.metrotech.edu/metrofit

This slow, intentional yoga flow encourages a wholistic mind, body, and spirit connection with a strong emphasis on breath and proper form. All levels welcome, modifications and adaptations encouraged to meet individuals needs each class as we invite acceptance, growth, and peace together through an invigorating and grounding practice.

Requirements: Participants need a Yoga Mat.

The Oklahoma City Community Foundation is working to make this idea a reality with their OKCGetsFit grants, provided to organizations of all types who want to improve the overall health and wellness of our community.
