MetroFIT Wellness Classes – $15.00 per class per 6 week session.
One-of-kind toning and strengthening cardio, focused on lifting your glutes and getting bodied! Expect a moderate intensity workout, tailored cardio routines, and muscle specific circuit training for lower body. Note: Participants need a pair of 2 lbs. weights, 5 lbs. weights, and a pair of gliders.
