All Level Vinyasa Yoga: 12:15 pm to 12:50 pm
Whether you are beginning your journey or are a seasoned yogi, this class incorporates different poses combined with breathing techniques to relax your mind and strengthen your body. All poses can be modified to be more or less challenging, and participants will be taught several variations for each pose. Mats are provided; however, participants are encouraged to bring their own mats.
