Tabata: 11:45 am to 12:10 pm

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories in less than 25 minutes. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

All Level Vinyasa Yoga: 12:15 pm to 12:50 pm

Whether you are beginning your journey or are a seasoned yogi, this class incorporates different poses combined with breathing techniques to relax your mind and strengthen your body. All poses can be modified to be more or less challenging, and participants will be taught several variations for each pose. Mats are provided; however, participants are encouraged to bring their own mats.
