Our 0-100 Minute Initiative is an exciting challenge to get over 100 minutes of physical activity weekly in our facility. It’s designed to push you beyond your limits and inspire a lasting commitment to an active lifestyle.

PUSH Club challenges you to spend 100 minutes a week participating in physical activity! Spend six weeks straight anytime of your choice within January to June at Santa Fe Family Life Center for one hundred minutes a week to win a prize. This challenge is designed to push your limits and help you build an active lifestyle. Attend PUSH Club every week on Sundays from 3pm to 4pm to hit 60 minutes of your week and achieve the other 40 minutes outside of the class. Log your time by scanning the QR ... view more »

The event kickoff will be February 11th! Any event participants who complete the challenge will be showcased on social media platforms as well as the SFFLC newsletter. June 30th will be the challenge wrap-up party!
