Walkers and Runners join us at 6:30 PM for a 3-ish (or more) mile fun walk/run.

Meet at Frenzy to join up with our Friendz. Make sure to get your FREE drawing and beer tickets before you leave for your workout. After the workout each participant can enjoy a FREE cold Frenzy Cream Weaver on us. We will have a drawing for a Frenzy gift card too.
