Youth Kayaking League at Lake Oversholser Kayak Club

The Bethany YMCA in partnership with the Lake Oversholser Kayak Club will be offering a six week Kayaking League at Lake Overholser. The program will be 2 sessions per week for a total of 12 sessions. On Monday nights, practice will be held at the Bethany YMCA and will consist of strength and conditioning. Each participant will go through a YMCA Teen Strength Training Session. On Wednesday nights, the participants will meet at Lake Oversholser and be on the water for training in their kayak. The season will end with a regatta race at Lake Oversholser on July 27!
