Yoga for Parents of Special Needs Children (3rd Sunday of Every Month)

Come join a monthly yoga class surrounded by peers going through similar experiences as you are. This class will take place on the 3rd Sunday every month starting in October.

Kelly has been practicing yoga and teaching PreK Special Education and thought, “how can I better serve the parents?” and then realized bringing them community and self care!

Class will be approximately 60-75 mins long and starts at 1:30 PM.​

We will be incorporating different styles of yoga and meditation into this class to make sure it is appropriate for beginners up to experienced yogi’s. Please reach out with any questions!
