Yoga Community Circle

Our monthly Community Circle, held every 1st Friday of the month, includes authentic relating games, open discussion, meditation, breathing exercises, and more followed by a short yoga flow to connect body, mind and spirit. The circle has a new theme every month based on the Yoga Sutra’s of Patanjali. The Yoga Sutras is an ancient compilation of lectures and teachings that outlines an eight-limbed, step-by-step path for purifying the body and mind to achieve a state of bliss. Yoga is far more than a physical practice, it is about discovering who we are and becoming the best we can be.  Join Emily as she holds space for you and other community members in an exploration of your personal yoga path. Learn how to take your yoga off the mat and how to be more mindful and intentional in your physical yoga practice. All are welcome in this space!

Each circle lasts approximately 2 hours.
