Yoga

Everyone ages 13+ is invited to come to our free Yoga classes every Wednesday at 6pm in December.  Class dates are December 7, 14, 21, 28. This free class is in conjunction with the OK Department of Libraries and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.  Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination.  It is the practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the mind and environment.  Yoga mats are not provided.  Please bring your own or you can purchase one at the front desk for $10.
