Did you know the most popular form of exercise in the United States is walking? Experts suggest walking 6,000 steps a day to improve health and 10,000 steps a day to lose weight. Join this friendly and relaxed walking program which includes a warm up and cool down stretch. Participants walk at their own pace. Class will walk indoors at Woodson Gym.
