Veterans Day 5k Ruck

This Veterans Day Week join We Defy Foundation as we honor the veterans in our lives.
Supporters all over the nation will be completing their own 5k or 10k race between 11/7-11/15. For a $30 donation, you can walk, run, or ruck your chosen distance AND receive an event t-shirt.

Races can be completed on your own or together with friends. If you prefer to be with a group, we’ll be hosting an outdoor ruck on Sunday 11/15/20 at 9:00 AM at Earlywine Park (Meeting in The YMCA parking lot)

We Defy Foundation provides combat veterans coping with military connected disabilities a long term means to overcome their challenges through Jiu Jitsu. Each donation helps us in our mission to put more veterans on the mat. We are so grateful for your support – thank you!
