You are invited to partake in a creative, self-expressive practice! This month we will focus on our Svadhisthana or Sacral Chakra. Our Sacral Chakra is our hub of emotions, creativity, sensuality, intimacy, and self-expression. Yoga & Fitness at the Post owners Lydia Smith & Sara Mullins will lead you through a workshop to find and fuel that creative spark inside.
