Registration Open: YMCA Youth Flag Football

Welcome to Fall Sports at the YMCA for 2023!

As a no-contact sport, flag football brings all the fun of football, just without the pain and high risk of injury. We emphasize the importance of leadership, sportsmanship, and the ability to work in a team. These skills are coupled with an opportunity to get outside and get some exercise in a fun and exciting way. They will make lifelong friends as they learn how to work together and develop their balance, coordination and get some fitness in to boot.  We are so excited you chose to play in our league this fall.

Practices will begin the week of August 28th.  •    Games will begin the weekend of September 8th. Games may be on Friday nights or Saturdays. If we have make-up games, they may be scheduled for a weeknight. •    We will NOT have games the week of October 10-16th for Fall Break. If we have to many weather cancellations, games may be played during the weekend of Fall Break to ensure that we get each team their allotted 8 games.  •    The season is an 8-game regular season. We will guarantee at least one make up game due to weather cancellations but will do our very best to ensure each team has any missed games due to weather made up.

Uniforms: •    Each participant is required to wear the Green and Grey YMCA All Sport Jersey. These can be purchased at your local YMCA front desk for $25.
