Learning to swim isn’t just for kids!! No matter what your current level of swimming, or your age, there is always a way to grow and improve!
Classes are 30 minutes in length.
Stages 1-3 include swim basics curriculum in which students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skill sets:
Swim, float, swim sequencing (front glide, roll, back float, roll, front glide) and exiting the pool
Jump, push, turn, grab
