Prerecorded 3/4 Bellydancing Shimmies Breakdown

This class is to get you acquainted with and drill the heck out of the 4 different types of 3/4 shimmies that Ayperi teaches in her classes. She will break them down calling out weight changes and hip articulations, starting with very slow movements and gently bringing up the tempo while sticking to the beat of the song. This class is excellent for anyone who has a basic understanding of bellydance technique.
