Oklahoma City Ballet's Golden Swans Program

Ballet is the perfect exercise for seniors as it works on flexibility and stability in a gentle way. These classes are open to all those who are 55 and over. Most of the class is done at the barre where dancers learn the basics of ballet. If you are new to ballet, please try the Friday class first.
