New Mama Monday

We welcome new moms every day, but the first Monday morning of every month we have a focus on our new moms to Fit4mom OKC! Fit4mom is a fitness community with workout classes for moms and fun for babies/toddlers! Mom gets a work out in without having to find childcare for her little one(s). If you can’t make it for the first Monday of each month, check out our website for our full class schedule. Your first class is always free. We also have kid-free classes, weekly playgroups and field trips, mom’s nights out, book club, and more!
