One-of-kind toning and strengthening cardio, focused on lifting your glutes and getting bodied! Expect a moderate intensity workout, tailored cardio routines, and muscle specific circuit training for lower body.
Requirements: Participants need a pair of 2 lbs., and 5 lbs., weights, and a pair of gliders.
