This class is a great way to build a strong foundation and get comfortable with the practice of Yoga, whether you’re new or experienced! Occasional sound bowls are incorporated.
Using a slow & methodical pace, the objective is to observe the sensations within the body while building strength in these foundational postures. This class is suitable for all levels of experience and is designed to be accessible to everyone with modifications available, as needed. Sound bowls occasionally incorporated.
