Landrunners OKC Running Club
Runners are encouraged to start their runs between 7:15 am and 7:45 am in groups of 10 people or less. Upon arrival at the start location, meet up with a few friends (staying 6 feet apart) or make some new ones and then start running!
It is strongly encouraged that you wear a mask, buff or multifunctional face covering that can be pulled over the nose and mouth if it is necessary to pass people when there is no opportunity to keep 6 feet of separation. Small groups should run no more than 2 wide, in staggered formation, while maintaining 6 feet of spacing.
If you do not follow these recommendations, we may discontinue our group runs. Please do your part and protect our running family!
