Group Indoor Rowing Classes

Open to the public • Free for members • $10 for guests

Tuesdays and Thursdays

5:30-6:30a through the end of March
6:15- 7:30p through February 13

All levels of experience are welcome in these high energy workouts. Sessions offer a chance to learn technique and build your endurance. The class session will utilize a combination of both steady state and power sessions for a fun, full-body workout. In the extended evening class, you will also work on core exercises and run through a cool down stretch.
