Girls of the Pack Run- Oklahoma City

At Red Coyote we believe women are powerful, strong, and supportive. Many women are often are overwhelmed and spread too thin, so we want to create a time for women to come together to recharge. We need our tribe, our squad, “OUR PACK.”

This weekly social run is for WOMEN ONLY. The run or walk is open to all abilities, and is focused on women supporting each other, building relationships, and having fun!

The run/walk will leave from Red Coyote’s OKC location and is an informal run (i.e. bring your own water) The course is out-and-back so we will have women running/walking at all different paces & distances, so everyone can join!
