Join us for a class that combines gentler movement and guided meditation.
Gentle yoga prepares the hips, spine, and breath for meditation practice. A variety of meditation styles will be explored each week. The main focus will be Mindfulness and Vipassana seated practices and other classes will sample moving meditations. Come develop tools to allow you to manage your stress. Props and chairs are provided for extra comfort. No meditation experience is needed.
