The Piedmont Public Library is pleased to bring you free group fitness classes as part of the Health Literacy program made possible by federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.

Zumba Gold is for active older adults, beginners, and anyone looking for a modified Zumba class that brings you the classic Zumba Fitness moves you love at a lower intensity.
