Free Zumba Gold ® at the Piedmont Public Library

The Piedmont Public Library is pleased to bring you free group fitness classes as part of the Health Literacy program made possible by federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries. These classes are held outdoors and socially distanced, weather permitting, and are available virtually via Zoom. Recorded classes are also available. Zumba Gold ®  is perfect for active older adults, beginners, and others looking for a modified Zumba ® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, balance, and flexibility.
