During Spring Break, we’re bringing you fitness programming just for the kids. Tuesday and Thursday, kids fitness classes will be led by Ms. Meagan of Mugwamps Fitness; all ages welcome. On Wednesday, the little ones (aged birth through 6 years old) will join Ms. Alyssa for Music and Movement. On Friday, Ms. Nicci (The Fit Nic) will lead Zumba Kids® (recommended for ages 7-11).
Zumba Kids® combines health literacy, music literacy, and cultural literacy into a fun, engaging program. Recommended for kids aged 7-11, this class will allow participants to explore the music, dances, and culture of Columbia as they move their bodies through dance, games, and more.
