FREE 2020 Let's Get Midwest City Moving! 5K Walk/Run

Let’s Get Midwest City Moving is a FREE 5K walk/run. While this is a virtual event, start and finish line banners will be hung at 3 parks in MWC, including Joe B. Barnes Regional Park that is a 5K Certified Course. Complete the 5K at your own pace, then share a picture with your finisher’s medal using #MWCMoving to let us know you participated!

Let’s Get Midwest City Moving is hosted by the ONIE Project, City of MWC Parks Department and supported by many generous community sponsors. Like our page for updates on packet pick-up, weather, and other race day information!

There will be a drive thru packet pick-up for shirts on Wednesday, October 7th and Thursday, October 8th from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Nick Harroz Community Center. Shirts are first come, first serve.
