FREE 108 Sun Salutations Practice

Clear out the old, make space for new light, growth, and clear intentions for a year of mindful living. The practice of 108 Sun Salutations is a special experience shared by yogis all over the globe.

The number 108 has many important and symbolic meanings ranging across many cultures and diverse disciplines, from science and mathematics to religions and spiritual practices, martial arts and yoga.

This practice is exactly what it says. 108 Sun Salutations, broken down into shorter, manageable sets with a small resting period between. This practice is for ALL LEVELS, with modifications offered for a range of skill sets.

Take it how you like it! There is NO expectation to do all 108, but we will motivate you to push beyond your comfort level and start your New Year with new growth. Variations will also be given for experienced practitioners.

Many yogis feel that this is a life changing experience. It will stretch your mind and challenge your practice, and it is a powerful way to ring in your New Year intentions with your yoga family.

Open to practitioners of any level. Pre-registration required. Zoom link will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of class start time.
