February Community Wellness Challenge

Piedmont Public Library’s Community Wellness Challenge is free to participate in the online challenge group, and the workouts at the library (outdoors, socially distanced) are free as well.

You do NOT need to live in Piedmont to participate!

Scorecards and schedules are available for pickup at the Piedmont Public Library, and also available for printing through the challenge group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/piedmontokhealthchallenge

People can also stay updated on the Piedmont Health Literacy page: https://www.facebook.com/PiedmontOKHealth and can participate in the free workouts regardless of whether or not they participate in the challenge.

The Piedmont Public Library encourages the community to start the year off right by completing healthy activities. Pick up a scorecard at the Piedmont Public Library or download online. Anyone who completes the challenge may submit his or her scorecard to enter to win prizes from community health partners.
