Piedmont Public Library's Community Wellness Challenge is free to participate in the online challenge group, and the workouts at the library (outdoors, socially distanced) are free as well. To participate virtually, contact info@piedmontlibrary.org for the Zoom link.
You do NOT need to live in Piedmont to participate!

It's free to participate in the online challenge group, and the workouts at the library (outdoors, socially distanced) are free as well thanks to a health literacy grant funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
Scorecards and schedules are available for pickup at the Piedmont Public Library, and also available for printing through the challenge group.
