Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that improves balance, strengthens muscles, and builds confidence to prevent falls. This introductory class taught by a veteran Tai Chi instructor teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body, and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements.
