This Fall, the Oklahoma City Zoo is excited to present a trio of early morning fitness classes designed to spark a new fitness hobby while surrounded by nature! Guests are invited to try one or all three of our different fitness classes each led by Fit4Moms, Barre3, and a family-focused private yoga instructor. Class prices include instruction and admission into the Zoo!

All classes will take place in the Devon Picnic Ground and will be moved inside for any inclement weather.

Beginners are welcome!

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. However, dads and grandparents can participate, too! Each workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. A great way to work out and explore the Zoo afterwards! Surprise animal encounter starts at 10:15 a.m.!

Age requirement: This class is designed for moms with a child in their stroller. Kids must remain in their stroller for the duration of the class. School Aged kids are welcome to join but they must be able to sit next to mom or in a designated big kid spot during class; this workout is for mom not for the kids

Restrictions: This class utilized the strength of upper and lower body strength, particularly the core. Guests must complete a liability waiver prior to participation.

Class Size: Class is limited to 30 guests

Equipment required: This class is outdoors so dress accordingly. Guests are encouraged to bring a hand towel and water bottle.
