Ready for a wellness boost and loads of family fun? 
Join us Saturday, June 1 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. for a local celebration of family health and wellness. We all want our kids and families to thrive—inside and out—and this event will provide what you need to boost your family’s wellness factor!
MetroFamily\'s Thrive Fest @ Mitch Park YMCA is designed to engage and inspire all ages and abilities by connecting attendees with local resources in the areas of physical health, mental wellness, nutrition, and safety. And with it being held at Mitch Park YMCA in Edmond, the event will be full of fun activities to challenge all family members!

There will also be a family fun walk challenge, bounce houses, special play area for little ones, try-it sports area, OKC Thunder \"Fit\" activities, Arena 51 Nerf Battle Zone, healthy food trucks*, face painting * and more!
