Welcome to Stretch & Flow, a soulful Saturday yoga class to begin your weekend! This class provides a gentle introduction to basic stretching, foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques. This class is designed to increase flexibility, build strength and promote relaxation. All of this will take place while listening to your favorite Old School R&B tunes! No prior yoga experience is necessary. Note: Participants will need a yoga mat. Suggested equipment: Yoga blocks and a yoga strap.
