MetroFIT Wellness Classes – $15.00 per class per 6 week session.

More choreography, more intricate steps, and even MORE heart-pumping, toe-tapping and finger-snapping most fun cardio you’ll have on the dance floor. Burn calories and get up to 5000 steps per session with this energetic introduction to cardio fitness. Note: This class is for Advanced members only. Please complete Beginner’s Intro to Line Dance and Intermediate Line Dance classes.
