This Fall, the Oklahoma City Zoo is excited to present a trio of early morning fitness classes designed to spark a new fitness hobby while surrounded by nature! Guests are invited to try one or all three of our different fitness classes each led by Fit4Moms, Barre3, and a family-focused private yoga instructor. Class prices include instruction and admission into the Zoo!

All classes will take place in the Devon Picnic Ground and will be moved inside for any inclement weather.

Beginners are welcome in all of these classes!

Follow your Thanksgiving holiday with a yoga class for the whole family! This yoga class offers a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) instruction, relaxation techniques, while still being playful and fun! The secret “ingredient” is playfulness which keeps participants of all ages motivated, excited, and moving. Surprise animal encounter starts at 10:15 a.m.!

Age requirement: This class is designed for guests of all ages. There must be one adult for every three minors.

Restrictions: This class utilized the strength of upper and lower body strength. Guests must complete a liability waiver prior to participation.

Class Size: Class is limited to 50 guests

Equipment required: Guests are required to bring their own yoga mat. Guests are encouraged to bring a hand towel and water bottle. This class is outdoors so dress accordingly.

Price: $30.00* per adult 18+ / $20 for guests age 3-17 ($18.00 for members 18+ / $11 for members age 3-17). *Includes price of Zoo admission

Tickets and non-refundable and non-transferable. This is a rain or shine event. Admission must be purchased in advance.
