A special dance class for people with Parkinson’s and other movement disorders.
This dance class is mostly seated and is geared towards people with Parkinson's or other movement disorders. Although not therapy, dance has many therapeutic benefits with helping to smooth out movements, increase your range of movement, and provides a fun social atmosphere to connect with others. The classroom community is a great way to increase your activity while finding joy in movement.
