Join nationally recognized yoga teacher Megan Amelia Burnett for a weekend of Yin theory and practice. Experience what stillness and the softer approach to posture can do for your body. This 15 hour training is designed for yoga teachers but is open to practitioners of all levels.
In this training intensive, you will learn principles of yin yoga that can be applied to all levels of the yoga practice to include:

Yin Training Dates (both days required):
Saturday 2/20/21: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday 2/21/21: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Feel free to bring snacks! There will be a 1 hour lunch break each day. You are welcome to bring a lunch or head out to one of the many awesome local eateries.
Don't forget to bring your yoga mat! If you have props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) bring them! if you don't no worries :)

Upon completing this course, YA registered yoga teachers will earn 15 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (CE) hours and be certified to teach Yin and Restorative Yoga.
