The first Saturday in May is the date for the biggest race in America. Enjoy all the festivities at Remington Park as we present the 146th Kentucky Derby via simulcast from Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky., on Saturday, September 5th.

Remington Park will feature a live program of American Quarter Horse, Paint and Appaloosa racing with an early start time of Noon. All of the winning racing at Remington Park, including the Grade 1, $100,000 Leo Stakes for older Quarter Horses at 400 yards, will be held prior to the Kentucky Derby (at approximately 5:30pm) on Saturday, September 5th.

Simulcast racing is underway early at 9:30am as Churchill Downs gets started with their stakes-laden program, leading up to the Kentucky Derby later in the afternoon.

Great racing and winning, food, drink, and more festivities await for this special Saturday at Remington Park. The annual Derby Day Hat & Bowtie Style Contest returns with hundreds of competitors vying for thousands in big cash and prizes. .
