Yoga in the Park

at Washington Park

We are excited to highlight the beauty and functionality of our wonderful public parks. This FREE event is open to the public. Taylor Phillips, yoga instructor, will be teaching a one hour class for all levels. Come relax and refuel your body in the shade and beauty of the park. We hope this provides a space for you to connect with community, decompress, and practice some self-love. Be sure to bring water, a yoga mat (or towel, if you don't have one), and wear comfortable clothes. We look forward to seeing you there!

MEET THE TEACHER: Taylor started practicing yoga to learn how to breathe through the stresses of daily life. She immediately noticed she was becoming physically stronger with improved posture, but it was the changes off of the mat that kept her coming back for more. She found a self-confidence she'd never had and a grace for herself and others around her. She began to let go of the anxieties and become more grounded in the present. Taylor received her 200-year certification through Hidden Dragon Yoga and enjoys sharing her love of yoga with others.
