Aerial silks provides a masterful blend of strength and grace. Aerial is a versatile art of aerial acrobatics that includes climbs, wraps, descents, and drops on fabric. Beginners will learn the basic wraps and climbs low to the ground and then work their way up as they get more comfortable in the air. As the students progress, they will explore more challenging and daring feats on the fabric, such as the jaw-dropping drops and descents. Aerial Lyra classes experience the movement on and around the Aerial Hoop. This class teaches motion through the Lyra and familiarizes the student with poses and series in the hoop. It includes aerial strength training and flexibility for aerialists. While both are intensive workouts, each provides a fun and challenging way to build strength and increase flexibility. We provide technical training and conditioning for all levels, focusing on the individual student’s needs in each lesson.
