This is a Walking Group in conjunction with the First Ever2023 OKC Senior Memorial Marathon
This Program is designed for people interested in walking in groups. Sessions begin with a short discussion important to successful walking or arthritis management. Participants 65+ will develop a 25 mile group walking plan for the First ever 2023 OKC Senior Memorial Marathon, learn stretching techniques, and tips to improve current mobility and endurance, and walk the last 1.2 miles together on race day April 29th, 2023.
The class will meet under the Main entrance to the mall.
