Early group run at Hefner lake lead by scripture to begin your amazing day!

Hey everyone! Run with SIF is a every Saturday morning group 2 mile run at Hefner lake! 7:30 am is our advanced run, 8:30 am is our intermediate and beginners run. After each run we have a motivational speech, ending with prayer. We cant wait to meet and see everyone grow in their health and spiritual mindset!

ADMISSION INFO

Every Saturday morning runs are $10 and half of all proceeds go to a charity of choice at the end of every month. Each charity changes monthly which will be released at the beginning of the month and all proceeds are posted at the end of the month!!
