Join us as we celebrate the Virgo New Moon at The Post. our intent and the power of the moon to heal ourselves, gather our community and replenish our world. Bring intent into each pose. Learn a series of movements that tells a story, moving you off your mat and across the room, and into what you choose to cultivate. Vibration, voice, and chants will be brought into practice. Come celebrate the Virgo new moon!
